The thin plastic fibres used to make any non-woven (spun bond) fabric quickly breaks up into micro plastic adding to the global plastic waste burden. Over time the micro plastics can make their way into our food and water.

Our premium quality Canadian made recyclable, compostable single-use face masks are made from North American sourced materials. They are intended for non-medical single use protection, designed to reduce the spread of harmful viruses like COVID-19.

Environment Friendly

The AVRO MASK uses recyclable and compostable natural fibres. The product is composed of two pieces: a 100% cellulose mask body and the 100% cotton lace. Packaged flat with an origami style facet fold for fit and comfort. The printing is done using Vegetable Based non VOC inks and Water Base adhesive used on the four fold over tabs. This face mask therefore provides social protection without adding to the global plastic waste burden.

The cotton lace was selected as an alternative to elastics which add to the worlds plastic waste AVRO MASK - 100% Compostable. 100% Recyclable.
